Policies
Refusal of Service Policy: BTA Entertainment, llc reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel service without refund. BTA Entertainment, llc also reserves the right to change any information, materials, or pricing listed in the service package(s) at anytime without prior notice. Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, 48-hour advance notice is required. If less than 48-hour notice, cancellations can result in you being financially responsible. Food & Beverage Policy: By ordering alcohol products, the Client confirms that the intended recipient are of legal age to purchase and consume alcohol in the relevant jurisdiction. Upon delivery or pickup, the recipient must provide valid ID and not appear intoxicated. BTA Entertainment, llc is not responsible for the inappropriate handling or misuse of alcoholic beverages. Code of Conduct Policy: BTA Entertainment, llc shall not tolerate harassment based on race, sex, religion, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information, or harassment based on opposition to discrimination or participation in complaint proceedings. The Client agrees that no form of verbal, physical, sexual, racial or other abuse of employee(s) will be condoned in the place of business. Any employee(s) who believes the situation to be abusive has the right to report without reprisal. Equipment Policy: The Client will use the Equipment in a good and careful manner, will not exceed the Equipment’s capacities, and will comply with all of the manufacturer’s requirements and recommendations respecting the Equipment, and with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances, whether local, state or federal, respecting the use of the Equipment, including but not limited to, occupational safety, environmental and copyright law. The Client will not alter, modify or attach anything to the Equipment without the prior written consent of BTA Entertainment, llc. If the Equipment is not in good repair, appearance and condition when it is returned to BTA Entertainment, llc, the Client will pay such sums as are necessary to put the Equipment in a state of good repair, appearance and condition. Photography/Film Policy: Photos and videos that include BTA Entertainment, llc employee(s) and equipment are only allowed to be taken and used for non-commercial purposes approved by BTA Entertainment, llc. Upon purchase of service, the Client agrees to all the policies as stated above.
